What is clear span structures?

A

Clear-span structures are more stable than traditional marquees and can withstand higher wind speeds and snow loadings. Free standing and great for long-term usage. There are no center poles and the sidewalls lock firmly into channels of the legs providing greater resistance to winds. They can withstand windloads of up to 80 mph. The Clear Span is the cutting edge in tday's technology. It is very popular in various event industry, widely used as commercial & industrial facilities.

Q	What is the roof made of ?
A	heavy duty double face PVC composite fiber fabric, fire retardant and Weather Resistant

Q	what is the frame made of?
A	two sorts of frame, one is steel&aluminum (up to span18m), the other is total aluminum .

Q	what is the life-span of structures?
A	It depend on maintenance environment ,PVC fabric is about 5 -10years life, frame last 10-20years.

Q	How many kinds of side wall do you have?
A	PVC poly fabric/ single layer normal color steel sheet/foam laminated color steel sheet,etc.

Q	How many kinds of door do you have?
A	Single or double personnel units/ sliding door/ over-head roll-up door, size can be customized.

Q	How to erect the tent? Do we need heavy equipment?
A	For small span tent (from 3m to 15m),no heavy equipment needed, others need crane things

Q	Is your tents CE certificated ,Or other certificates ,such as TUV ?
A	We are working on it.

Q	For PVC fabric, any colors other than white?
A	Various colors is available, but MOQ limited.

Q	How many kinds of flooring panel do you supply?
A	For small tent, 1mx3m wooden pavement, about 36kgs per pc. For large pavilion ,1mx2.5m wooden pavement ,about 34kgs per pc

Q	Shall ask engineer to erect the tent?
A	No special skill is needed ,but pls. strictly follow instruction manual

Q	Heavy equipment is required?
A	Only medium size and large size tent need heavy equipment. ( Span above 18m.)

Q	Is it ok in extreme cold weather condition?
A	Ok, static snow load 70kgs/sqm.

Q	What is the wind load?
A	Small tent 18m/s ,large tent 30m/s

Q	Is it ok to use air condition?
A	Yes, it’s ok

Q	Can we hang lighting and valance ?
A	Yes, of cource
